About

Love stories ….. We all love them – the good, the bad and even the ugly – especially the beginnings.  It all starts out good, right?

Lovesaga is a blog about my revelations and insights along the journey of love, law and conflict resolution as a “spectator” resolving some of the most contentious matters and as a member of the saga – my personal stories.  As a family law attorney and mediator, I find myself in the starring role as “director of emotions.”  You know matters of the heart can make even the most rational person become unglued.  I’m often asked how I do it even by other attorneys and sometimes I ask myself that same question.  I know it’s drama but somebody’s got to do it.  To toot my own horn, I’m pretty good at it and to top it off, I love what I do!

Why a blog?  Writing in my journal about my life changing experiences opened up a platform for me to not just vent but to heal.   As I wrote in my quiet place with a confessed heart about my life trials whether it was involving my marriage or a failed relationship or betrayal by people close to me, I gained peace and spiritual revelations and the ability to release the shame and guilt I felt for being in my predicament.  Forgiveness was in the overall theme; first forgiving myself and then others.  It is these insights that inspired me to write this blog to share my stories with you.  I hope my lessons learned and practical tips encourage and inspire you to look at your situation with better eyes while making room for the next best chapter in your life.
