Future or Past

Do you spend more time thinking about the future or the past? Why?

I am working on staying present instead of reflecting on the past or future!

There is nothing I can do about the past. It’s gone bye-bye. However, I have some play in the future because I am creating the future in the present—those who have a hand building the present own the future. So, the PRESENT is where I want to be. Planning for the future is easier when you help shape it in the present.
